Disagree with the move. The name is never physically shown off in the show to my knowledge, and it's commonly referred to as the "Grand Central Station" in real life, it's just a common misconception that's the name of it. So it makes sense for characters to refer to it as that. The Solar Dragon 07:55, October 23, 2024 (EDT) | Disagree with the move. Disagree with the move. The name is never physically shown off in the show to my knowledge, and it's commonly referred to as the "Grand Central Station" in real life, it's just a common misconception that's the name of it. So it makes sense for characters to refer to it as that. The Solar Dragon 07:55, October 23, 2024 (EDT)
- Usually a stickler to show use where it was called Grand Central Station. I get why it names to be written out. I get whoever edited the Wikipedia page made a bit of a fuss on it, but Grand Central Station isn't incorrection and refers to whole complex as shown on the image. Tons of locations have "official names" that aren't used. Snowball II (talk) 09:35, October 23, 2024 (EDT)
- Yes, I usually like to go with the in-show names. However, it's never seen written out either way in the show. If a building is called something in real life, and it is clearly written out as something else in the show, we go with the show. However, in this case, it's never seen written out. And yes, it's referred to as "Grand Central Station" in dialogue in the show, but it's also commonly referred to that in real life too. It's just the official name of it is "Grand Central Terminal". So it seems to be a case of the "unofficial" name getting used in the show. And to be clear, this isn't something I feel too strongly about one way or the other, so I'd be fine with moving it back to Grand Central Station if others feel it should be there. Just wanted to explain my reasoning behind moving it in the first place. The Solar Dragon 09:54, October 23, 2024 (EDT)
