TV Show Information

LifeBoat: Abandon Ship is a documentary by Ken Burns, narrated by Peter Coyote.
History[edit]
After Mr. Burns bought the company behind the documentary Driven to Drink: The LifeBoat Story, Ken Burns made LifeBoat: Abandon Ship to continue going over the issues that LifeBoat was having.
Plot[edit]
The documentary went over the whistleblower for LifeBoat, who turned out to be Homer Simpson. It then followed Homer as met with Carl Carlson in secret. Carl revealed that the LifeBoat devices just used a chemical from Jab soda that masked the taste of the salt in salt water. Homer then convinced Mr. Burns to see through Persephone Odair's lies and to stop her from using LifeBoat.
