Synopsis[edit]
- "A British secret agent comes to Springfield in search of a Russian spy."
Plot[edit]
London 1970, in the Office of MI5 security service, Terrance is searching for an American that works for Russia, code name: Grey Fox, that lives in a town with a nuclear plant. 50 years passed and he has only recently connected the dots to Abe Simpson.
At the Retirement Castle, the old people wake up to find out Louise was brought back home by the family and start arguing on who will take her room but it was bought already. Homer and Abe go to the room only to find out it was bought by Terrance.
To have Homer listen to him he offers him and his friends drinks at Moe's. After revealing his intentions, Marge enters the bar and they leave. At night, Terrance calls them to ask Homer to come see him to get the truth about Abe.
At the Retirement Castle, he reveals how he might be Grey Fox, showing him proof. After convincing him, he takes Homer to the harbor and dresses up as a old woman. They spy on him, grabbing a different cane from another man and receiving a money package from two Russian men.
Abe leaves while singing about receiving a secret envelop while they spy him from a Ferris wheel. After he leaves, they follow him, while Orson Welles gets on it drunk. At the Retirement Castle, Homer wakes Abe up, trying to get him out of there before Terrance shows up, but he stops them just as they were about to exit, and hides them in the car's hood.
Abe tells Homer that he switched canes because he's old and senile and the men he got the envelope from are Canadians giving him blood pressure medication. Marge and the kids get to the castle, where they meet Terrance's daughter, and she scares them when she mentions he kills people.
In the end police stops the car and rescue them, arresting Terrance for kidnapping, but to save him, Abe fakes himself being Grey Fox, he gets arrested instead, and Homer and Terrance drive back to town. At home, Lisa hears Russian coming from Maggie's room, but she reveals her animal sounds toy is made in Russia.
