Missouri is one of the 50 states in the US. Its capital is Jefferson City and largest city is Kansas City.
History[edit]
Homer and Marge went to the Bowler's Hall of Fame in St. Louis, Missouri to see a car shaped like a giant bowling pin.[1]
Bart, Milhouse, Nelson and Martin once drove through Branson, where Nelson forced them to stop so that they could see a show with Andy Williams.[2]
After getting run out of Florida, the Simpson family was trying to decide on where to go for their next vacation. They were looking at a map of the US that had most of states crossed out, which were apparently all the states that the Simpsons were no longer allowed to enter.[3]
In a story told by Marge, the Lewis and Clark expedition passed through St. Louis, Missouri.[4]
The Waters, a fictional family from the television show Thicker than Waters, are shown to live in St. Louis. During the show's opening sequence, the family is seen flying a kite that gets caught on the Gateway Arch.[5]
