Mr. Rum-ta-Tum is Ralph's imaginary friend. He is a teddy bear marching band drum major.
History[edit]
Mr. Rum-ta-Tum was leading Ralph on a parade through Springfield. In reality, Ralph was walking in front of cars and holding up traffic. Mr. Rum-ta-Tum then told Ralph to go through a giant hedge, which led to the Springfield Junipers Golf Club.
When Bart and his friends were tearing up the golf course on Coyote Trail Flipper ATVs, Ralph was driving one, with Mr. Rum-ta-Tum. Mr. Rum-ta-Tum covered Ralph's eyes as Ralph drove into a water hazard.
Mr. Rum-ta-Tum had previously led Ralph on a parade around the Springfield Industrial Park which led to the town finding out that the Industrial Park's construction contract was awarded through a non-competitive, rigged bid.
