Julius Hibbert's brother is an unnamed man who is an orphanage director at Shelbyville Orphanage and brother of Springfield doctor Julius Hibbert. Unlike his brother he lives in Shelbyville.
History
He was working as an orphanage director at Shelbyville Orphanage, and later said he had spent countless years looking for his lost twin brother, which is assumed to be Dr. Hibbert, since they look very similar.
