History
Martin Prince, Jr., then the student-body present, got the idea for Springfield Elementary's Casino Night from an episode of the series. Principal Skinner said it was always on too late for him to watch.
In the episode, a casino night was held at the school, and it ended in disaster as it was revealed that the chips had no monetary value - the same thing happened at Springfield Elementary's casino night.[1]
Homer was visiting Old Springfield Library and pretending to be a professor because Bart had told him to pretend it was Opposite Day. Homer helped some college students with their homework, among them Zach and Screech, who were grateful for his assistance.[2]
Behind the Laughter
Saved by the Bell was a real television series, but no such episode wherein a casino night happens at Bayside High School ever aired.
