Jack the Ripper is an unidentified serial killer who was active in London in 1888.
History
At Moe's Tavern, after Chief Wiggum said that Homer knew everything, he asked him who Jack the Ripper was. As Homer was leaving the tavern, he yelled "The Queen's private surgeon".[1]
He is said to know The Answer.[2]
