Mr. Muntz (voiced origianlly by Phil Hartman, later Harry Shearer) is Nelson Muntz's father. He first appeared in Season 4 in "Brother From the Same Planet" as Nelson's soccer coach.
After that, it was often mentioned that he went to the store for a pack of cigarettes and didn't return.
