Guy Incognito is a man who looks just like Homer, except for the mustache. It is unknown as to where he lives, although his accent indicated that he was of British origin. He appeared in one scene when he went to Moe's Tavern after Homer was banned and Moe mistook him for Homer in a disguise and he was beaten up. When the Simpsons family was escaping from Springfield during Trappuccino, Bart altered a "Wanted" poster with drawings of the Simpsons on it so that it looked like Guy Incognito and his family. Guy Incognito and his family were arrested, and have not been seen since.
Behind the Laughter
The name is a play on "guy incognito", the joke being that guy is a colloquial term for a person and that incognito is a fancy term for 'in disguise", so when he introduces himself, it sounds like he's saying that he's in disguise. Also, to add on the joke, people who see him for the first time could get the impression that Homer was trying to get back to Moe's bar by wearing a clever disguise.
