John Kricfalusi (better known as "John K") is a Canadian animator and the creator of The Ren & Stimpy Show.
On The Simpsons, John K designed the couch gag for the episode "Bart Stops to Smell the Roosevelts", animating it in the same style as Ren & Stimpy.
