Uwa is the Blue-haired lawyer's secretary.
History
After Bart asked for a divorce from his parents, the blue haired lawyer exclaimed "Uwa!". Bart thought he had misheard him but the lawyer explained he was calling for his secretary Yuwa. Yuwa came to the door and he asked her for the standard child divorce procedure.
