Devan Woosterfield was the older half-brother of Simon Woosterfield; he and his sister Quenly Woosterfield were always trying to kill him to get the family fortune.
Bart Simpson switched places with Simon and was almost killed at a ski resort by sliding down an expert track, Devan and Quenly thought he was dead and Quenly may have poisoned him with a potato when he mentioned splitting the money fifty-fifty.
