Devan Woosterfield was the older half-brother of Simon Woosterfield; he and his sister Quinley Woosterfield were always trying to kill him to get the family fortune.
Bart Simpson switched places with simon and was almost killed at a ski resort by sliding down an expert track, Devan and Quinley thought he was dead and Quinley may have poisoned him with a potato when he mentioned splitting the money fifty-fifty.
