She was Krusty the Clown's ex-wife from The Krusty the Klown Story: Booze, Drugs, Guns, Lies, Blackmail and Laughter. Krusty told his son Chin Ho (after mistaking him for Chan Ho) that he and Mia were getting a divorce.[1]

When Apu tried to get Sara Sloane to adopt two of his kids, he told Ned that he had dumped three of them with Mia Farrow.[2]
