Sea Chanteys is a collection of 90 songs on 3 CDs, performed by the Sea Captain. The collection's theme is songs related to the sea. The Captain made a TV commercial promoting the collection.

In the commercial, the Sea Captain told customers that if they order now, they will also get the bonus CD, Hornpipe Fever.

Behind the Laughter[edit]
- The Sea Captain's advertisement is done in the same style as music collection ads seen on TV in the 1970s and 1980s.
- The song "Love Theme from Das Boat" is a clear reference to Das Boot, in spite of the misspelling.
