While the episode is considered canon, this building is mentioned to be in planning and funding was allocated through the benefit concert, but it has never been mentioned again and Bart's arm is presumed to be back to normal. While this may make the building more-or-less non-canon, the fact that it was only in planning state was not mentioned either, so its scrapping could fit better in a Behind the Laughter section. I recently added it to List of episodes with unresolved endings, where resets to the status quo are implied to happen off-screen, so how should this be reflected on this page?
