Dr. Feelgood is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 46 content update. It requires Dr. Nick to be obtained.

Mrs. Muntz - Sad Yeah, it's a real bad case of TMJ, doc. Real bad.
Dr. Nick I don't know what TMJ is, so I'll have to take your word for it.

Mrs. Muntz - Happy I'm looking to go the all-natural route.
