After Bart told his family that King David stole someone else's wife and Mary Magdalene was a hooker, Marge asked him how he knew these things. He then showed her the book The Bible for Wise-Asses.[1]
There's Something About Mary Magdalene was one of the films Luke, Mark and Matthew showed Homer and Bart when they wanted to make Bart's story into a film.[2]
