The swimming pool lifeguard is an unnamed swimming pool lifeguard at the swimming pool in Springfield.

History

He told Jimbo, Kearney, and Dolph that there was no horseplay at the swimming pool as they were beating up Bart. Jimbo replies that it isn't play, it's serious payback, finding a loophole in the rule. The lifeguard then phones his friend Abbie to clarify this and ask about switching shifts. He then sees Bart running and tells him there is no running by the pool but Bart says that he's on the grass, not by the pool. The lifeguard then moans about everyone being "swimming pool lawyers".[1]

He saved the life of Homer when he went under the water with his bowling ball.[2]
