Synopsis[edit]
- "Bart's latest municipal felony leads to empty coffers at city hall and a huge cut in the public school budget. The call for volunteer civil servants leads to the hiring of Springfield's most dynamic public school teacher in years -- Abraham Simpson! And it doesn't take long before he catches the eye of other highly placed, civic-minded leaders who set the Simpsons septuagenarian on a road to seeking even higher public office!"
Plot[edit]
Bart discovers that the mainframe for Springfield's roads will cause panic and the Springfield bridges collapse. To pay the damages, all the teachers are fired from the school and they need a substitute teacher. Grampa decides to teach history at Springfield Elementary School.
