Ramses Burns is Mr. Burns' grand-uncle on his mother's side who lives in Egypt.
History
Bart Simpson wins an art contest on the Krusty the Clown Show, in which his prize is a Worldwide Krusty the Clown Treasure Hunt for his entire family. Afterwards, Mr. Burns hatches the contest scheme, enlisting the aid of his ruthless relatives around the world to help wipe the Simpsons off the very face of the Earth. In Egypt, Mr. Burns receives help from his grand-uncle on his mother's side, Ramses Burns. To leave Egypt, Bart must defeat Ramses Burns, who flies on a flying carpet and throws shepherd's crooks at him. Bart must pull out the thread from Ramses' carpet. After Ramses Burns' failure to beat down the Simpsons, Mr. Burns tells Smithers to remind him to take Ramses Burns out of his will.
