Principal Skinner makes Bart take part in the TV program Kids 'N' Cons. Bart thinks it's a good idea, but then Lisa reminds him that Homer always watches the program. He gives the ticket to Martin Prince after tricking him into thinking that it is a ticket to the new aerospace museum. After school, Homer and Bart watch an episode of Kids 'N' Cons where Martin is a participant. Bart is worried about how it will go for Martin in the episode: he must spend a full day with criminals. But it turns out that Martin, unlike the other participants in the series, gets along well with the criminals.
