The Simpsons got their own spin-off, "The Simpson Family Smile-Time Variety Hour", and Troy McClure told the audience that one family member refused to participate, but she was so perfectly recast that nobody would be able to tell. This family member was soon revealed to be Lisa, who was replaced by an attractive older model.[3]
