Stacey Lovell is the creator of the Malibu Stacy franchise.

History
Lisa bikes to Stacy Lovell's house (built exactly like Malibu Stacey's dream house), she says she wants Mrs. Lovell to hear what Stacy is telling a generation of young girls.

Lisa and Stacy decide to create a new talking doll, Lisa Lionheart, voiced by Lisa herself and complete with her own encouraging phrases. The doll is quietly released, and even Kent Brockman (at the request of his daughter), spends his whole newcast talking about the doll, ignoring breaking news that the President was arrested for murder. However, the creators of Malibu Stacy view Lisa's doll as a real threat, and plan to sink Lisa Lionheart.

On the day the doll is officially released, numerous young girls (and Smithers) rush into the toy store at the Springfield Mall to buy Lisa Lionheart. As Lisa and Stacy Levelle watch, a cart of "new" Malibu Stacy dolls with a new hat is wheeled right into the path of the group running for the Lisa display. Lisa appeals to them that it's just the same doll with a new hat, but they all prefer to stick with Malibu Stacy (largely due to a phrase from Smithers, "but she's got a new hat!")... except for one little girl, who leaves with a Lisa Lionheart doll. Lisa remarks that even though they didn't sell out of the dolls, if the doll makes one little girl happy, it'll all be worth it. Stacy agrees, and mutters under her breath, "as long as that girl spends $46,000 on that doll".

Legs is a member of the Springfield Mafia. He accompanies Fat Tony and Louie.

Profile
Legs is the muscle, as well as Louie. Fat Tony is his boss and he always listens to him, doing whatever told. He isn't afraid to kill or wound.

Legs is an accomplished mob surgeon as he sews Homer's thumb back on after Marge cut it off. Legs mentions that he has a sister, and says that Barney takes pictures of her.

Behind the Laughter
Fans often get the Legs and Louie confused due to neither of them having any real definitive characteristic and because they are almost always seen together. Legs has a short haircut and raspy voice. Louie has a slight afro and a more high-pitched, even squeaky tone. He says that tear gas is "[his] one weakness," though this is likely an embellishment.

Trivia
*It has been established that Joseph Kennedy, father of former President John Kennedy, had something to do with Legs acquiring his nickname, though this is never properly explained.
*Legs is also quite tall which could also be behind his name.

Dr. Brentano is a child psychologist and marriage counselor.

History
Marge and Homer once went to see him after Homer realized that Marge was deliberatly trying to hurt him. Marge admitted that she had grown to hate Homer because he cares more about himself than he cares about her. Devastated, Homer asked the counselor what he should do and the counselor suggested that Homer throw a large banquet in Marge's honor. His idea works, and Marge and Homer soon make up.

After Bart was troublesome at Amber's funeral, Marge and Homer took him to Dr. Brentano. He told them that it is normal for seven year olds boys to act in a such a way. Marge pointed out that Bart was ten. Dr. Brentano then became very worried. He decided to give Bart a drum set, as playing the instrument would require both energy and concentration, the latter of which Bart lacked.

He was present during Trappuccino.
